High Watts on Aspire... normal?

is it considered normal vaping an aspire product at 13 - 14+ watts, i personally find it too harsh for the type of tank it is. I much rather use an rda to get intense hits and flavour. and vape my nautilus at lower watts. my ZNA goes to 50W and i vape it at 7-9Watts and in return take longer draws. am i weird?

Nope, my istick lives at 8w, my mvp2 lives at 9w, I don't know how people run nautilus or et-s/k1 clearios at 14w

Yeah I can't not get a burnt hit above 11W with a BVC coil. Dunno how people go to 14-18W.

The only time I go that high is when my coil is about shot. Then I can be like 15 watts or so and still have decent taste, etc. It only works a couple of days then I have to install a new one then back to 7 watts for a week or so.

Some folks seem to think that if you have a 20, 30, 40.....watt mod you are required to crank it up. I run my Cana dna30 at 7w and am perfectly happy. And BTW my car has 140 on the speedo, don't do that either.

I keep the mini BVC around 9W, the higher you go in wattage with these, the more chance of burnt/dry hits and it is not necessary to go that high. IMHO

When I run my Nova-S BVC with a 1.8 ohm head I run it at 4.2 volts mostly..sometimes up to 4.4 which translates to 9.8 to 10.7

Never had one burnt hit yet...

I really agree with that. Happy to read I'm not alone in this way.
