Thanks for all the help so far. I'm using a Vision Spinner with an Evod, Mini T3S, and a Vision VT all at 1.8ohm at 3.6V which I find to be the best flavor producer. My old smoking habits are earlier in this thread. I never liked smoking out through my nose but since vaping is different I might try that. Depending on how comfortable I feel with VV I might start moving into mods and rba's, but not until my bank account allows it. For now I have a 15ml bottle of 12mg headed my way just to see how it goes.

I never used to exhale cigarette smoke through my nose either, but with vaping (at least vaping the eliquids I enjoy) I do it constantly. For me I definitely get more of a hit from the nicotine by pulling the vapor into my mouth, then inhaling it just barely to the back of my throat and exhaling out of my nose and mouth at the same time. I rarely inhale the vapor into my lungs.

Not aimed at you, but the OP and other readers.

This is a fantastic explanation and totally changed my experience.

I smoked Marlboro ultra lights for years. I was somking 1 pad. I started vaping abut a week ago. I tried 24 mg and it was too strong. it made me dizzy and sick to my stomach. I am now vaping 18mgs and its great. I vape off and on all day but dont get cravings very often. I find myself going hours with out vaping. I have some 12mg on the way and I am excited to try it out.

I started with 24 mg throughout the first 2 weeks. Then changed it to 18mg. Now trying 12mg. Of course the point is here to reduce the amount of nicotine you get. When I first started vaping it was hard to find 9mg or below 18mg in my country. Now there are many options. And this is also about the system you have. In time you will have the right system for your lifestyle. When the quality of the device you have is good the throat hit and the aroma will satisfy your needs more and more day by day. And the experience you have will change it drastically. In short, it is not just the nicotine level. But please do not forget to reduce it in time.

due to my allergies and asthma I was never really able to blow smoke out my nose...but with vaping I'm able to and have to admit i understand now why smokers did it :) but as stated with vaping this is the best way to absorb nic

vv=variable voltage, which unless i'm mistaken the vision spinner is a variable voltage. I see you use evods and t3s which are bottom coils (unsure on vision vt). Have you tried a top coil like a vivi nova for your tank?

lol yeah I'm still leery myself to get into rebuilding but might start...vivi nova's aren't true rebuildables but you can rebuild them and it seems fairly easy as a stepping stool into rba's and they are fairly cheap.

As for money, trust me I understand that....if you aren't against it (some people are) fasttech is dirt cheap, has a lot to offer, no shipping and handling fees...but is in china and takes 2 or more weeks to get items. They sell mostly knock offs but they do sell some legit items, you just have to read the title, descriptions, reviews carefully to make sure of what you are getting and when all else fails ask here in the forums before buying :)

I was smoking Malboro Lights at for the first year at only 2 a day then switched to reds of which I smoked for 2 years at an average of 10 a day (some days more, some less). For this last year I switched back to lights at 12 or more a day until I stopped using analogs and switched to vaping a month ago. When I vape I feel fine but when I try to stop my vape session I always end up taking a few more pulls. I don't feel 100% satisfied after every vape session, and always wonder if an analog would take care of that.
For 27 years I smoked, on average, about 7 cigarettes per day.
I now vape 12mg strength liquids.

Your mileage may vary though.

I am the same way, however i've only been vaping for a few weeks or so now. I have however noticed specs of moisture that fly out of my nose when I do so. Was wondering if you had the wet nose syndrome also.

 yes one of the unpleasantries of vaping...the runny nose feeling...after all you're forcing vapor out your nose ;)
the other down side is dry mouth, so make sure to drink plenty of water or juice

I started at 12mg at first which didnt really cut it for me and then moved up to 24mg which made me feel a bit dizzy and sick for a like maybe a month until i got used to it but still made me feel sick if i vaped for long periods which is why i vape around the 16mg mark. Using a Variable voltage device will probably make a 12mg into a really strong vape so i guess its all down to the device and tank/carto you will be using and its settings... If you are going to use a VV ecig with say 12mg nic then start from the lowest volts and work your way up to find the sweat spot...

Definitely makes me giggle, then embarrassed as to if anyone has noticed. Its fascinating to try and watch and pinpoint where it lands during the vaping euphoria. May sound strange, but its been entertaining me the past week. Outside sunny days of course :D

Anything worth having is worth fighting for. You started vaping for a reason right? To quit smoking! It won't be easy regardless of what nic strength you have. You've already developed habits that just so happen to coincide with analogs, and nicotine, they work hand in hand. My suggestion to you is to take the nicotine out of the equation. The majority of people that have caffeine habits wouldn't know, if they didn't know, that their coffee was decaf. Play it like that! Enjoy what ever your vaping when you want to vape it. Use vaping as the tool to help you quit smoking and recognize it as that. Nothing else. Enjoy it by all means, but know that it isn't smoking.

while i understand what you are trying to say....really is incorrect....a coffee drinker may not taste the difference if you switched them to decaf, they would notice a difference but not know what it is...caffeine is an addiction as well and myself being one of them, some people have to have their morning caffeine to function and prefer mine in coffee form instead of pop...energy shots work too but really prefer my morning coffee....
nicotine is an addiction...smoking is an addiction...vaping is the way to quit smoking and getting rid of all the other bad aspects of smoking but giving us the nic fix that we "need" while over time vaping makes it much easier to lower our nic levels to break the chain whereas smoking does not give that option....so that one day you can quit vaping if you so please or eventually lower your nic level to 0 and vape simply for pleasure.

case in point my own fluber lately ;) I usually vape at 24mg nic, I diy ejuice but lately been sampling premade juices that are at 12mg nic...
so I've been using some premade juices to make my diy coffee vapable, in my ignorance and trying to hurry forgot to add my nic to my coffee diy...vaped it for a week and half and couldn't understand why I was having such bad nic fits and ready to rip peoples heads off until it dawned on me, I forgot to add nic to it so instead of my normal 24mg I was vaping at around 6mg.... I was not a pleasant person and didn't know why until I really realised my nic level was WAAAAaayyyy too low.....

Few people are truly knowledgeable enough about coil building and battery safety to do this, and some of those who do have no interest in it or need for it in order to keep them off analogs.

Suggesting to someone who just started vaping a month ago that they should start wrapping sub-ohm coils and use those coils on an unregulated mod isn't the greatest idea in the world, especially when simply changing the eliquid they purchase can help with reducing their cigarette cravings.

VERY good advice, and very well said, (troll or not)

Yeah I've been playing with the voltages on the spinner to find the best voltages for certain flavors. The Vision VT is a top coil, which has performed really well but flavor is a tad muted on it. I've only replaced the head on it once in a month and I find it gives me the best vape of all of them at night. Kind of comforting really. I've been curious about the legitimacy of fasttech, but from what I've seen on this forum it's worth it for a few items. Has anyone had issues with the clones on that site?
