Hello Everyone:

Perhaps someone can answer whether a higher nicotine juice content changes the throat hit, flavor or amount of vapor? I may be incorrect, but it seems that a higher nicotine content produces more vapor, throat hit and flavor. Of course, I could be 100% wrong as it does not seem this should be so.

Cheers,

I find throat hit to be similar to salt in food... Too much and it ruins the experience and too little you feel like you are puffing on nothing, but just the right amount makes a good flavor even better.

Nice analogy Drew!

Nicotine doesn't effect vapor, has a big impact on throat hit, and can have an effect on flavor. Nicotine has a slight pepperiness to it that is more noticable the higher the nic content. I usually choose nic mg based on my experience with what the throat hit is from a vendors juice. 18mg is the majority of my juices.

Are you referring to vendor juices that you have bought or DIY juices that you are making?
Some vendors might be adding more flavor with high nicotine juices because their nicotine is somewhat bitter and they have to add more flavor to compensate.
If you are referring to DIY higher nicotine juice...there are so many types that it boggles the mind...
Some nicotine bases are so pure that you get throat hit but not much flavor where others have a lot of flavor from the tobacco it's extracted from and might taste peppery and therefore feel like burning sensation or throat hit.
VG based produce more vapor than PG based juices. PG help increase the flavor in some cases and throat hit for me as too much pg makes me cough and therefore the throat hit is way off the charts LOL
Generally, higher nicotine level juice is more throat hit and too harsh tasting for me.
It also depends on the device used for delivery :D

I'd say the throat hit from Nicotine is more of a burn, like if you still have juice on your fingers and touch your eyes. They say it changes throat hit, but I associate the two differently, the throat hit from the vehicle and throat burn from nicotine.
So, kind of.Some will feel very differently about this.

I would recommend you not try this!
