Higher ohm fused Claptons premade coils or wire

Hi all!
My sweet spot is around 0.4 to 0.7 ohm coils. All of my clapton wire and premade coils are far lower than that, and I've been searching the web. Vandy vape has been putting out a higher ohm wire but it's too high (a 5 wrap will go to above 1.2 ohms). Anybody has seen 28/26ga with 34 wire? That's what my calculations take me.

28/26ga with 34 wire?

The outer wire doesn't factor into resistance at all, its resistance is so gigantic (in comparison) only pariah electrons would ever go that way. The only purpose of that wire is to enlarge the surface and provide staged heating. You'll be better off with a thinner outer gauge, like those jandrew suggested.
