Glad you're enjoying the nautilus! They are pretty darn good.

Battery/Mod choice is a pretty wide open subject. What price range are you looking for?

Top picks:
Box-style regulated
eleaf iStick - 20 watts, runs hot but perfect for Aspire BVC's - 35-40$
Innokin MVP 2.0 - 11 watts, super battery life, tried and true dependable - 35-50$

Twist/Spinner style
IPOW 2 - 15 Watts and 1300 or 1600mah, plenty of life. 22-30$
Vision Spinner 1300mah - NOT the Vision Spinner 2, just the regular Vision Spinner at 1300mah is a great choice. - 12-25$

The choices are pretty endless though. You'll have to do some research to find what's right for you.

Moved to Clearomizers from Tanks

Interesting. I've always considered clearamizers to be ego c threaded, mostly (but not always) plastic, cheap atomizers. PT2's/iclear 30's/ Nautyy's as being tanks. And carto's as being, well, carto's. A carto doesn't necessarily need to even be in a tank. I used them as drippers. Does anyone even use carto's/carto tanks now? Aren't they the precursor to modern tanks like the Nauty's? As, "in the beginning there was the carto". Then they invented the advanced e-liquid tank atomizer with replaceable coils!

Kind of confusing. lol

best regards, larry mac

The Vamo 6 is a nice mod if you want something with a replaceable battery (instead of the others that are just dead when they finally stop holding a charge). But it does require you to learn more, since you will need an IMR battery (two are better, one for charging while you vape and the other in the device) and a charger for it - 18650 IMR's can be found reliably at Authentic AW Batteries - RTD Vapor . It will kick out way more power than an MVP 2, at 20 watts instead of 11. I have never needed 20 watts with either of my Nautilus clearomizers - but everyone's taste is different, and having the option to go higher is always nice to have. Vamo's don't survive drops and falls the way MVP 2.0's seem to, but you should take care of any mod you get.

Alternately, you could wait for the MVP 3 to come around, which will be the "next latest greatest", and should be available soon. It will do 20 watts.

I have Vision Spinner 1300, Vision Spinner II, Aspire CF 1600mAh, iStick 20w, Vamo 20w, VS rDNA30, VS rDNA40.

Now, i´m not impressed with the Vamo.... it just feels like a larger Ego style battery & after the iStick came out i don´t really see a point in going with any Ego style battery (or Vamo for that matter) anymore.
So, i´d recommend the iStick if you want something that will do the trick with clearomizers & give you good battery life.
I love my rDNA´s but use my iStick for when going for a drive, shopping & so on.... my Vamo & Ego/Spinners are collecting dust.

I switched over to the iStick from the mvp2.0 a couple months ago. I love it. It vapes just great with the Nautilus and Nautilus Mini. Unless the new version of the MVP has some really really great new feature, its the iStick for me. At a price range of 35.....40 dollars the iStick is a much better value. IMO :)

I'm the sameand I also have a Vamo V5 and since I've gotten my iSticks....they are my go to device. The others seem too bulky now.
