I'm doing well and thanks for asking. Santa brought a treadmill for Christmas along with a pushy and demanding instructor (my wife) It's good to hear your busy. Just wanted to say hi and your missed. Here, wait! gotsta do a plug for the BuzzMan or this thread would be totally pointless for the peeps.

The Buzz Rocks and can't wait for VVPV baby (hope I said that right)

The VVPV is getting close to rolling out and has a lot of people excited!

My treadmill made a very nice place to drape my clothes on LOL, maybe your wife will keep you in line using yours Miss you too, and thank you for your kind words!
