Hmm? Ody HV probs

So, I want to vape 7.4 volts on my Ody, but when I stack two 18350 flame trustfires I get no ignition.

I put in one 3.7 flame trustfire and tighten tele, Ody vapes like H bomb and alls well.

Try 18350's again and nothing.

Everything making connection, so I'm confused

I even try reg carto and instant tire fire with double 18350's, so I know they are good.

Any ideas all?

Sounds like the batt protection kicking in. What Ω coil are you running in ody?

Agreed I think the pcb is kicking in. When I was using protected batterys at 7.4 I had to go up to 4.5-5.5 ohms on the coil. However IMR batterys would work fine at 3 ohms

Coil comes in about 2.5 ohm.
