Woops!!! I've missed this before! what batts do I need for 4.8? What spacer? I tried six volts with the cr123's and it was too much but 4.8 sounds fantastic!

Would I need to have that magnet if I was using the cr123's? If so, where does the magnet go..in between the two batteries? I've never used those batteries before and probably won't...but just in case I ever do, I'd like to know how to insert them properly so I don't damage my hog mod...who I've named "Coco" by the way
No spacer needed for the cr123"s I've done it.......it was like sucking on a tailpipe and I fried a LR atty but you don't need a spacer!
Correction: you can use the 4.8v battery without a spacer, it just seems a bit more secure with one. I put it on the top of the positive side of the battery and that seems to make it a bit tighter/more secure.

yea...I think 6v is a bit high for vaping low resistance attys with. Thanks for the answer to my question Tx
I did just order some HV atties .. someone suggested I should try 6v with a HV atty so we'll see if that's better! 6v was too hot for me using a 3.0 atty.
Ahhh...gotcha' Cleo....thanks. Yea, I highly doubt I'll ever go with 6v vaping as it was just too much for me when I had my ProVari. I really like vaping at 5v and even 3.7v with a few of my juices.
You'll have to let us know how that works for ya...I'd be interested in knowing for sure. Maybe it wouldn't be quite as harsh using the proper atties

Tx - I didn't get a magnet spacer either. I assumed it was because he puts a bit of wood in the battery area now that should negate the spacer?
Y'all don't need no cheesy magnets. He's done the top battery contact a bit different in the lastest Hogs, y'all should be good.
oh that's right, I forgot he changed something with this last batch! Forget the magnets, you should be good to go!
