Yup, you can use reg 18650's for 3.7v, the 4.8v battery, or stack two cr123 3v batts for 6v
Woops!!! I've missed this before! what batts do I need for 4.8? What spacer? I tried six volts with the cr123's and it was too much but 4.8 sounds fantastic!

....I'm in "Hog Heaven" right now!!! Big hugz ((((((Mike)))))) Thank you, thank you!I did just order some HV atties .. someone suggested I should try 6v with a HV atty so we'll see if that's better! 6v was too hot for me using a 3.0 atty.
+1 from me Cleo I'm planning on trying the HV atty before I get rid of the batts let me know how it works out for you.You'll have to let us know how that works for ya...I'd be interested in knowing for sure. Maybe it wouldn't be quite as harsh using the proper atties![]()
