As long as they're the same 3.7v voltage, it should be fine. Some 16340s are limited to 3.0 or 3.2v, which would be problematic (They're actually still 3.7v batteries with a built in resistor).
FYI, I just recently had a 'duh' moment when I read a post about what those model numbers mean. The first 2 digits are the diameter in mm, the next 2 are the length in mm, and '0' means round. Half of the manufacturers vary the length anyhow, but this was the original intent of the battery size numbers.
So 18350s are 18mm diameter, 35mm long. 16340s are 1mm shorter and 2mm narrower than 18350s.

Still fine. 3.6 & 3.7 are much the same. As long as it's not 3.0 or 3.2, it doesn't have the resistor.
They should come off the charger measuring at 4.1-4.2v

Mentioned earlier in a post that I'm just going to post general sale mods at 6pm pst when ever I have one done.
Been busy here with the holidays so I haven't been able to get a lot done, but I do have a requested 3.7v Bottom Feeder sitting here all Tennessee Red Cedar.
In the request a mod info it states when a mod is finished I will send a PM and you have 3 days to purchase it or it will be offered for general sale. Well this one have been sitting here for 13 days.
I'll post it up at 6pm.
Amy's #49 will be up for sale as well as she has never used it and prefers these little 808 batts

Mike, any idea if these 3.7v will be compatible with the Kick module when it is released?
the Kick will need a dedicated ground going to it. I'm sure its something that will be easily adapted, but I don't have one to mess with.
I just ordered 3 of these hope they work as advertized if not oh well.

I wish I could say something like, on these dates every month I'll have so many available for sale. But truth is I don't even know when they'll be ready.
Honestly I'm just a guy in my tiny little garage having fun making stuff. I spend way to many hours at work and hold two positions in my local union. And lets not forget Amy and the kids
So the time to spend on mods take a little hit.

I can't believe they are even still "up for adoption" so to speak! That purpleheart is staring at me!! -If I thought there was a chance in heck I'd be getting a refund I'd be down at H&R Block filing rapid return! lol Can't complain though - I have a real beauty on it's way to me already
