My desk looks like something out of a lab with all the diy juice supplies. Not to mention 60 or so 6ml bottles full of juice from a vendor when they had their 39¢ sale. So far out of everything i've made and bought, there's only a couple I have liked. Both from backwoods.
I'd like to try FlyingV's juice but I'm hesitant to buy even more juice that will most likely just sit on my desk.

My all day vape is a diy that Nuck originaly posted
I do 40%vg at 20mg
1% ethyl maltol
1 drop of diluted tobacco absolute per 5ml
1 drop of concentrated menthol per 10ml (just smooths the flavors, doesnt add to much menthol at all)
2% Seedmans comercial tobacco flavoring

Thats as close as I've come across to an actual tobacco flavor

I was told by a long time ECF vet that I could charge my 3v batts on the same charger as the other batts...and thats what I've been doing

Well, that's not right. They should only charge up to 3.2ish (or maybe it's 3.4v?), and the 3.7v chargers charge up to 4.2v. That's dangerous to do with 3v batts. And if they're the yellow or green Tenergy's, they're a differnt chemistry than the Li-ions...and that's not good to put on a Li-ion batt charger either.

I'm seconding my own recommendation for madvapes. I placed my order Wednesday and my batteries just arrived. I got 1 flame jacket trustfire and one fancy looking trustfire. I hope they are good!

The flames are 2400mAh, right? What mAh are the other ones?

yep they are yellow tenergy 3v.....I've been charging thenm in my cr2 charger and using them on my prodigy (since I don't have my Pearl or cr2 batts :( )

IF the 3v batteries are Li-Ion and IF they are protected batteries, there will be no problem--the protection circuitry in the battery will prevent over-charging so long as the battery circuitry is functioning properly.

If the 3v batteries are not li-ion (most are LiFePO4) or are unprotected, they should not be charged in an li-ion charger. Also, there are a couple of chargers that will handle both chemistries, but they are uncommon and have to be manually switched (as far as I know) for the correct charging cycle.

If you've been doing this for a while you are either okay or extremely lucky. Please double-check your batteries and charger to make sure :)

My Yellow Tenergy's are LiFePO4. What brand is the charger and does it mention what type of batteries it uses? A quick Google of CR2 suggests most of them are NiCd or NiMH--which are generally 1.2 to 1.5 volts

EDIT: it turns out there are lithium batteries in the CR2 size that are 3v but generally primary (non-rechargeable). There is also a Li-Ion charger from SoShine that handles CR123 and CR2--both li-ion and both 3v. So it looks like those particular sizes have more chemistry and voltage options than any size of which I am aware.

Check your batteries and your charger and if they are for the same type you're fine...

Ultrafire wf-188 charger is selectable between 3.2V & 3.7(4.2)V. You can also select 300 or 650mAh. it's about $16 depending on where you buy it. Will work for unprotected batts (safe chemistry-LiFePO4).

"Unprotected" does not mean "safer chemistry." Neither of the safer-chemistry batteries come with protection circuitry, but plenty of Li-Ion batts come with no PCB's or only "partial" protection. There's over-current protection (against over-charging), under-current protection (against over-discharging) and thermal protection (against over-heating from too heavy a discharge cycle)--they each require a seperate circuit and not all protected batteries have all three circuits, and some li-ion's don't have any of the circuits...

Sorry if that was unclear. Will work on most any battery used by vapers.

OK. In a previous thread someone said they removed the fill from a cartomiser to use with their Hog. Out of curiosity I yanked the fill out of what I think is a dual coil cart and I'm left with the central wire/wick thingy sticking up in the middle. I put it on my riva and it fires. Is that what your talking about or did I jack up a perfectly good cart!
