And, don't worry, you'll get the hang of squonking pretty quickly. You don't need to do much with cartos. Just give the bottle a bit of a squeeze while you're sucking lightly on the carto until you feel just a bit of pressure. The fuller the bottle, the more juice you get. When the bottle's getting toward empty, it can take a couple of seconds.
