For those asking about the Vera wood, this is a better pic of the actual color. Not sure why it turned out so light in the pic above.

Yeah, that's black in the background, so the camera must have adjusted the aperture with dark in the foreground as well. It looks great! I was on the fence anyhow, though, and am happy with my other choice. Whenever you open up requests for the VVs, the Bolivian Rosewood caps are definitely gonna be on it... with some maple or other such really light wood. It'll look good next to my #56 too. :)

Somehow I missed this post last night Chere.
That right there makes me verry happy I started this thread some 6300 posts ago.
Lol I think thats like 100 posts for every mod I've made.

I used to smoke 2 packs of cigs a day and even when I started vaping, STILL couldn't stop taking the occasional puff or two off of them. Ever since I got my Hog bottom feeder mods, I haven't even THOUGHT about smoking an analog. THAT to me says A LOT for Mike's mods. I truly enjoy them because not only are they beautiful and comfortable in my hand...they have been the only thing that works for me.

Mike, your mods help people quit smoking and save relationships. World Peace is just a few batches of Hog mods away! :p

This type of post makes the hours away from Mike seem, well...not so bad. It's a great feeling to know he is helping people! I'm almost there now too. Thanks to the generous people on this thread for all the support they have given. I love these little purple stick things. I was in need of something this simple.

You try that snickerdoodle carto I sent you? I can't put the stuff down!
(and seriously, my partner was about to ring my neck with all the filling and messing w/ cartos and such...my first Hog totally made HER as happy as it made me. :D)
