Maybe mine was an exception, but I had a mini, and it did leak. I think it was due to the stiffer (though larger) tubing that was used. This put the joint between the cap and the tube under strain even when care was used to pivot it enough to remove the bottle, and this spot would leak. The larger tube does make squonking lighter, though.

Not trying to pick a fight either. They're both great mods, and the demand exceeds the supply of both of them. :)

I gave up on minis. My mini Woodvil works great and the battery lasts a long time compared to the metal one. That being said, after I sell this one I'm done with 14500 batteries. They're good for some people but I'd prefer not to waste my time with them anymore. I vape 18650's and snort 14500's :)

I've come full circle as far as batteries go. I wanted the tiniest mod possible when I gave up on skinny 510 batts...then it was mAh, had to have HUGE MAH and now I'm back to wanting tiny mods as an option for taking out or hiding from my child. I vape my feeders when my daughter sleeps, the rest of the time I'm stealthing it. Sure, I could get a tiny tube or plastic box...but if I can have a tiny Hog, of course I'd rather have that. :)

My Destroyers should be back home tomorrow with a nice new flat bottom tank well. Sooo excited. :)
I posted this in the wrong thread. Sorry....
I am involved with so many wood threads that sometimes I get confused. I'm getting one or two of everything because they are all so purty.

Exactly, I have never had a single one of my REO's that leaked. If someone was to say, get one that leaked then they should've sent it to Rob to get it fixed. I like my REO's and Hog Mod all the same and think they are both in a league of their own. Both do not leak and perform great. Also, agree that I do have to use a bit more pressure or find the right angle to get the juice fed into my atties on my Hog mod.

REO's don't leak. I never had one that did and I've had alot so this statement is bogus in my book. I have both and like both but always wondered why the Hog, which I'm using right now, is so much harder to squonk and to get juice to show in the cup. If I was to worry about anyone blowing out the plumbing it wouldn't be the REO. I have big strong hands and I'm not trying to start a pissing contest here but you don't know what you're talking about. I'm not a brown noser or a follower. I like them both and both Mike and Robert do excellent work.
Ok, let's talk Ford or Chevy. Which one is better? They're both good when they work.
Ok, now you can flame me if you want, it doesn't matter, I have big shoulders

That'll be great and will add to the durability of the mod as well. Also, I had a hunch tonight while I was vaping on my Hod mod for awhile. Took the bottle off and emptied the contents back into it's bottle. Then proceeded to soften the bottle up to see if it would help.

I know it sounds weird since all the 6ml BF bottles should be the same. But, I think since it was because it was new that it made it harder to squeeze. Once I assembled everything back into it's spot. It actually worked a bit better and operates just like it should now.

I've noticed a difference in the "tensile resistance" between various 5/6ml bottles in the style the Hogs use. I don't know if it's different production runs or changes in source plastics or exposure to heat, or what, but it's there. Also, after washing them out in hot water some of them seem to stay a bit softer and some go back to the same "consistency" they were before...

That is odd, I would think that the heat from the water would permanently make them a bit more pliable. Guess not but, you made some good points. Never thought about the different plastic, etc. that was used in the production of these particular bottles. It would explain why it's a bit more stiff compared to other 6ml bottles out there.

That's what I figured too--about the permanently more pliable. But it's only been a couple that reverted to their previous state, so I figured it just suggested a difference in plastic composition. Either work for me, though--I just squeeze 'til I hear the gurgle then vape 'til the gurgle's gone

You hear a gurgle? I can't with either ear right up by it. I just squeeze it til it actually goes in my ear and then I know it's ready :D

1) I use Vapage Bottom Feed Hybrids (which supposedly can't be flooded--mine haven't so far and I've tried) so I'm squonking until there's enough liquid to bubble air through

2) I feel it as much or more than hear it, but I didn't want to say "feel the gurgle" and then have to explain the context in the dirty minds thread stare.gif

I have noticed that lately that Ive been using more BWB juice it takes a little longer to feed, than the higher pg juices. I'll see if I can get bigger dia ss tube. I can always drill out the center of the connector to accept it.

That would be awesome cause I use, 80vg/20pg and I have to squonk firmly and I dislike thinning my liquids, just my penny of thought
