so i just posted a thread about trying to fix my wick issue in my vivi nova well i was testing the wicking and what not and me in my great stupidity thought ill drip some juice onto the coil and see how it vapes then ill put some on the outside of the wick and see if it wicks well. i have a needle tip cap which is metal went to drip and as i touched the metal i accidentally hit the fire button POP SOAB NOOOOO CRAP NOOOOO.

well so i went and dug through my trash can and found my burnt carto that i tossed and it is still soaking in rubbing alcohol i am going to use it as a backup if this didn't work. so i went and took the vivi apart and cleaned it and took the head apart and undid the coil and wicks and washed the wicks there was a small part of the coil that fell off so i used some tiny tweezers and took me like 20 minutes very carefully wrapped the coil and tested as 2.5 so when i was done i went from a 2.5 coil head to a 2 ohm coil head so i guess that means a bit more vapor i also tossed a wick cause it was half melted due to the short so now it is vaping again and omg i will not screw with it again till the wick and wire i just ordered gets here then i can mess with it all i want who knows maybe ill be building triple coils in the vivi lol i can do some crazy stuff i am an electronic guru but i can't believe i was dumb enough and shorted that wire good thing it didn't fry right in half or i would be cutting a carto tank to salvage wire.
