Hey again! Been vaping since mid November, quit analogs Dec 7 and haven't looked back.
My son is also vaping and quit a month before I did, using the Blu. Nothing fancy with my stuff, handful of eGo batts w/ CE4S clearos, Vivi Novas and Mini Vivis, Davide glasso and RG Glasso's. I'm happy with them and they work for me. I expect to branch out at some point, but as long as they work for me, I'm good. :)
Because I went into DIY juice at the same time, my investment was high enough without expensive equipment, too. But I did get my son a set up and off the Blu, he likes the eGo's and clearos 100 times better. He was never a heavy smoker, so he doesn't need much and probably won't use it for long. He says he only hits it a couple/few times a day at most.
Now me? that's a different story. I smoked 2-3 PAD for 42+ years, so I pretty much chain vape, but at very low nic level. Since I make my own juice, I can make it at the level that I need.

Small world, I moved from east of Chattanooga to NC in 2008. Miss the mountains badly.:( Since I'm now retired, I'm considering moving back. :)

Anyone else DIYing your juices? I'm loving it! Bought a few bottles of premade from the local B&M, with my first kit and decided I could do a better job of making what 'I' like. When you've smoked as long as I did, it's very hard to taste anything. Most stores make the juice at a flavor level that appeals to 'most' people. That's fine, but I'm not 'most' people. My taste buds are in hibernation! So after a few weeks, I'm finally getting things to a level that I can taste, somewhat. When my sense of taste comes back, it'll probably choke me!

Lots of TN natives lol.
I've been thinking about diy just haven't pulled the trigger yet

It's a bit of an investment up front, but $2-3 for 30ml of juice, sure beats $15-25 or more. :thumb: Besides, I've always been the DIY type. :) I like to experiment with stuff. My next project will be building coils. I want to get the juice 'thing' down first. One project at a time. Then I'll move on to rebuilding. I just replace the heads for now.;)

More worried about the 4 yr old then the price lol

Ahhhh! Yup, would need a place that little one could not get into, for your lab. Highly potent Nic is dangerous for adults and more so for children. If I had young kids, I doubt I'd DIY or at least use a low mg nic and keep everything under lock and key. But I live alone and my 'baby' is 38, so no problems there.;)

You are quite blessed to have that 4 yo. They grow up so fast!:( Enjoy it while you can. :)
