Two batts resulting in same problem makes batt less suspect.
Did you have a chance to pull atty and verify RS is consistently producing same voltage as removed batt?
I'd stroke switch several times to check switch health.
Another way is to remove batt and check resistance as switch is stroked several times.
Let me explain.
I need two 3.0 bats to work with my maxi. So that's all I got right now. Trust me - at this point I think just getting another RS - the shorty one which uses just 3.7 v is a good choice for me. At which point I will have a brand new cap with circuit.
That will tell me two things:
1 - that I have a problem with the original cap (or not)
2 - and if all my attys are not compatable with MV's Roughstack
So right now - I'm just waiting for MV's to be stocked up again. At which point I will
buy a shorty RF.
I might even
buy their "bargain bin" ego "knock off" to use with my working 510 attys.
Trust me - I was really hoping not to have all this grief! ...but I'm really liking the RS even if it's not my first choice on working with 510 attys. It works like a champ with my 808 cartos - which btw are "turbos" from 'Vapernine"
To me - and this is my simple mind thought - if I can fire up a 808 carto with the 510 adapter then I should not have a problem with 510 attys. It really should not be this complicated!
Hoog - when will you be restocked????
