Sometimes I drip too much and end up with some excess liquid getting on my lips and tongue. It does seem to burn a little and I also notice the same slight burning if I vape too much. I'm using medium level nicotine juice from several different sources. I'm just curious if it's anything to worry about as far as getting too much nicotine. Does anyone else have this experience?

I too have had this experience. I vape 36 mg (very high) and have got a lot of juice in my mouth on occasion, before I learned to fill my carts better. Its not pleasant, but no OD symptoms when its happened. I was a heavy smoker for a long time at 2+ pack a day so it may be a tolerance issue with me, but its probably not something to really worry too much about. Just avoid it if possible and drink something to wash it out or down, this will dilude it.

I'm pretty sure it is not a good idea to get the juice in your mouth.
I had that problem initially and I used to do my best to spit it out.

They say you should not even get it on your hands, so in the mouth surely has to be worse.
And I've seen people who talk about getting ulcers or canker sores.

I'm thinking try not to let it happen, and wash your mouth if it does.
But my two cents ain't worth a whole lot.
