I purchased a Bombshell over three months ago, out of warranty, and my button was sticking. I left a message on Tims phone and he called me right and sent me a whole new cap with switch installed and didnt even require me to ship the old one back! Awsome customer setvice and great eliquid! Will do business with hotvapes again.
