How are you punching holes in your carto's?

I'm not convinced that the Supco Bullet Piercing Valve would work on 510 cartos without some distortion. 510 cartos are 9 mm OD. The closest of Supco sizes is BPV38 at 3/8" OD, which is 9.525 mm.

I don't use any of the adaptors. It leaves aprox. .1 inch difference. the opening is round and most of a standard carto fits in (its not just squeezing just a 1/2 in. of the carto) and it completely tightens down. There is a thin lining inside that must compressa bit. But it is tightly and completely held in it's round shape. It's not as clean as laser drilled but roundness of the carto isn't distorted. Sorry I'm new to this and was rushing. It's the BPV31.

I'm sorry everbody I'm new at posting. It was brought to my attention that I need to put a link to the product I'm talking about. So in my haste to correct my references to the Bullet Piercing valve I rushed and went to Amazon and took the 1st link that came up in the search. All the models look the same but there is a small size difference that makes a big difference. Thanks for the more experienced members for setting me straight. I'm a gadget guy that has a knack of finding the best and easiest way of doing things and wanted to share this item with people. And get my posting requirements fufilled. I like that 3 of the 4 reviews are about punching cartomizers...lol. wonder if it makes up 3/4 of their total sales on said device?

Just an update, just started using cartotanks and got this punch and it works great. I'm a noob to using carto tanks and this thing works perfectly. Punches small holes but they work fine, i do three holes for Boba's Bounty and it works great! Did two holes for all other juices so far and haven't had a single issue.
