I always have a small amount of juice leak out of my atty onto my eGo.. For some reason I feel like I read that it's real bad for the eGo but i'm not sure. Could someone enlighten me please?

Yah you should be fine. It's a sealed battery right, just like a manual 510.
Juice can strip the finish off some batteries and if it gets INSIDE a battery it can ruin them (auto batteries are the only things I've seen where this is even possible), but otherwise a little juice wont hurt anything 
If you do get juice on the threads, you might wanna clean it off with a lil rubbing alcohol just so it doesn't get all gunky and prevent a good connection tho.

I like to take Q-Tips and mash them flat with a hammer. They then fit into the gap between the center pole and the treads on a eGo.
A little juice isn't going to be a terrible thing on a Manual battery but could be a Huge problem on an Automatic.
