No, I was just kidding with you, QC, I didn't think you were serious. :D

But look, you actually DO like Quebec :lol::lol:. That's kinda what I was going for, LOL, when my kid starts saying the US is going to the dogs, etc., I always then start quizzing him on where he'd like to go: Deadpan: "How about Nogales, kiddo, I'd be *totally* happy to drop you off there, Mexico's awesome right? Or maybe I could send you to China, I know you're a little old for the sweatshops but maybe you could get a job cracking the whip? At least you're a boy so you wouldn't get exposed on some mountaintop somewhere...."
Kid: "Mutter, mutter, okay, I agree there's worse places than the U.S..... Mutter, I hate my Mom....":lol:

Here's a decent article on Quebec vaping
New e-cigarette rules coming to Quebec

Quebec on e-cigarettes: No sale to minors, no 'vaping' in public
Public Health minister Lucie Charlebois wants to put e-cigarettes under Quebec's Tobacco Act
The article is dated from 2014 vaping is already considered tobacco products.... The most up to date information (or general information) is in the video i posted. Though i think even that video is missing a couple points concerning the law.

No vaping in public lol I'd be in jail
It's not really the fact you're in public, but more about the fact you have to be 9m away from any doors or windows that leads to a public area. Sometimes that limit ends you up on the road but usually you're fine if you're on the pavement.

Wish i could do the same =/ Unfortunately we're stuck vaping in the same area as smokers are (which frankly sucks and stinks quite literally)

Never around children tho
Ahah because of the tobacco law thing here you can't even vape in a car if there's children that aren't of legal age (18+ if i remember correctly, could be 16 and below though) I don't own a car so might've gotten the age wrong but you get the point :p

Here in SF, vaping is considered the same as smoking. And basically, smoking is only allowed 20 feet away from and entrance or at the curb. Buildings are required to post the signs everywhere but they only mention smoking. Not like anyone ever enforces that though.

Also the city is trying to ban smoking in apartments. So far only in common areas in apartment buildings. But landlords have to post a list of apartments that have smokers, because the smoke drifts to other areas.

I don't understand how these governments can pass laws says vaping is considered a tobacco product. They're not required to be factual?!? It's like saying I'm now passing a law that says house paint will be considered alcohol and will be taxed and regulated as such. It's bizarre, it makes it hard to argue with someone like that because they aren't required to make any sense whatsoever. I feel like I'm in the damn twilight zone. Up is now down, left is now right, shoes must be worn on your head and hats on your feet. I got a headache now trying to comprehend this stupidity. Thanks you crooked politicians.

Most research done on vaping has been actually paid by tobacco company, they also pay lots and lots of taxes to our governments and since vaping is pretty much stealing millions from them it's easy to see why they wanna regulate vaping products. That way they can still make money, keep big tobacco happy and screw us over so we go back to smoking entirely. Here they wanna limit flavors AND packaging "because it attracts children to vaping"
"and is a door to smoking for them".

Overall don't try and understand politicians the only people they have in their agenda is themselves and whoever pays the most money.

Dosen't mean it's legal on this forum here, matter of fact if you'd read the rules you'd notice any drug talk is not permitted which is why i refer to it as green stuff or something like that. This is not colorado this is the internet btw.
