Hey guys..some great advice here!, DIY mixing is somthing that I have wanted to do for a long time but for practicality reasons I never got around to doing it.

I think I may head over to some mixing posts and see what the deal is. I have just had a good snoop around the liberty flights website and they seem pretty good for the prices of DIY kits. lol now it would be the juggeling act of PG or VG mixes and how much of each etc etc...
I have my flavour prefferences and like most of us I try to stick to somthing that Is as close to the "real thing" as per say. Im not a fan of apple, chocolate, candy blah blah flavours (though I do see the apeal!)

I have looked many times to make a deocent home made e-cig and I think I might get a good friend of myne around who is a master with electronics (and I have just converted him to the e-cig's from the dirty smokes) and give it a shot at making somthing new.

Equipment isnt a problem for me so much, here is my stash: The Complete photo.jpg

Its more that I have tried many diffrent brands and ended up likeing the tank the most, and ill agree with one of the guys above that It is one of the pricey ones :( but maybe a couple of mods might get that price down a tad.

Anyway I will keep you posted on how the DIY goes, I think I might be about this fourum quite a bit :)

Happy vaping!!

Have you compared your vaping costs to smoking? Most people find vaping to be cheaper in the long term unless you get hooked on buying the latest and greatest PV's for your new hobby. Having a good, reliable PV and making your own juice will definately save you money. But even if you do spend a little more than smoking, there is no price that you can put on your improved health.

I live in China where cigarettes are dirt cheap for me. And vaping has cost a lot more in the year that I quit smoking. But had I still been living in Australia, I would have saved a small fortune by now since switching to vaping.

Forget importing to the UK from the US. Chinese manufacturers are only too willing to offer highly competitive prices and shipping , if you are prepared to order enough units . You will find that there is precious little for sale in the US ( hardware wise ) that has not been imported from China . Something else to consider is , what amount of Import Duty is payable on say 500 units ? This then has to be added to the retail price. To get the best price , you need to be able to order very large amounts ( 500 units plus ) . I have been through this here in Oz , I guess you will have the same hurdles to overcome that I did . Best of British luck to you !!
