The first thing is military discount which I'm sure since you are starting this thread you already have it. As stated earlier FPO/AP friendly addresses are a must. It greatly limited where I could order from on my deployments. I think ecig vendors on base would be great and would expose more to alternatives to smoking,however, the military has a way of following other government agencies recommendations blindly even if testing etc is not conclusive (read FDA). The military preempted pro hormone bans while I was in. It would be great though. I never smoked until my first deployment in 2003 and it has been misery since...until now that is.
