I've got several very nice mods, but none compare to the Lil Chuck as far a vapor production is concerned. This thing puts out volumes of vapor, all the time. Is it the battery I use for 3.6V vaping (UltraFire 18350 1200mAh protected)? What does that number 18350 mean as compared to say, a 14500 battery?

I know that VG in the juice produces more vapor but even using the same juices, the Chuck still produces more vapor than the other Mods.

An 18350 has a diameter of 18mm and is 35mm tall
A 14500 has a diameter of 14mm and is 50 mm tall

I know mAh is what tells you how long the battery will last before you have to recharge it.

So neither of those are what is determining your vapor cloud. I don't know what is.

Disclaimer: the following response is backed by nothing... no sources... no legit info... nothing.

When you figure the materials involved (brass and copper namely) you'd have to imagine there would be lower resistance involved than say aluminium. Less resistance means more lovely voltage to the atty, plus a fresh battery produces more voltage than 3.7 so this all combines into the vaping pleasure you are describing.

You know, these mods are strange things. I'm still not convinced they don't have some kind of magical properties....

True story:
I stress at night which mod I want to take to work or take out on the town on any given night... Yesterday, I was gonna take Baroness because I needed to stealth vape since the boss was there...

...so I get her all set up, and in the morning I pop in the batteries and the cartos don't taste right, and the vapor is kinda weak. So I get Uncle Dakon's Woody and pop in the big battery, and it gives me plumes of vapor and awesome taste.... so Big Chuck it is...

...that Night I get home, swap out the battery (since I'm on my second day) and hmm... Ill be damned if it just doesn't taste right.... I swap over to Nursey-Chuck and BOOYAH!

It really seems like somedays certain Chucks want attention, and others they just want a day off... I even occasionally have to go to one of my other mods when the Chucks decide they want a vacation.

As Jeff once put it "Damned willful inanimate objects"

Yes it's wonderful all right! Now tell me more about the copper. What's made out of copper and brass in the Chuck/Lil Chuck?

-----

see disclaimer... lol

if my understanding is correct the body is made of copper, and the end caps are brass. the negative contact on the battery is grounded on the body itself completing the circuit.

Just outside my comfort zone.

Where did you find the UltraFire 18350 1200mAh protected?
