I just got my first rda and built a dual coil build that comes out to .35 ohms. I'm all about pushing it as far as I can go so what other information do I need to figure out the watt range?

I know on pre-made sub ohm tank coils they typically have a range for them so I am thinking there's some way to determine this for rdas pretty easily for various builds?

I reread your question and have edited my post.
On a regulated mod the resistance of the coil is essentially unimportant. Start with low wattage and increase it until its good for you and your taste, there is no specific correct wattage.

Yes just start low increase until you like it.

Ohm alone tale us just one part of the systems. A general rules of tumbs is the more metal you have the higer the wattage you should go to heat up all this metal. Since you can lower ohm by putting less wrap = less metal or putting more thing in parallel = more metal. A quad coil fuse clapton at 0.35 ohm usualy require much more wattage than a simple single coil at 0.35 ohm since the former has much more metal and surface to heat up.
