How do I go about getting a hold of smok

I actually don't have a question I've bought two of your smok Beast tanks and for the first year that I had my first one everything was fine you guys change the coil design and I wasted hundreds of dollars worth of juice because of your coils I would like a refund for both tanks because there is not a single coil that you guys make or a tank that you guys make that does not leak I used to love your brand and now it is my least favorite if you would like to keep a customer then I suggest something be done about it because I know lots of people that use smok products and I know of a lot of unhappy people I wanted to contact you first before me and all of everyone I know that Vapes I think it is unfair that I spend so much money on your product and it ends up costing me more money then buying a cheap tank that doesn't leak at all I would very much appreciate a response and some kind of compensation for all of the money that I have wasted on your products....... that is the message I tried to leave in their support part of their webpage however it will not allow me to post to them so does anyone know how to get ahold of smok?

Holy hell, I tried but I can’t read that run-on sentence. Can you simplify your questions? From the title of the thread go to smok’s website and look for contact us. Click on it and send them an email or phone them via the number you find there.

This is a message board for vapers. It is not a retail website that sells vaping items.

Try contacting SMOK here. SUPPORT

Other than that I have no advice except not to buy SMOK products in the future. Don't get me started on that topic. :evil:

Um... I get that your message was "intended" for Smok. I don't think they'd respond very favorably to that message, in general (not to mention that yes it can be hard to contact Smok, period.)

But, I don't quite get what you are expecting by posting or emailing that message? It sounds like you want to tell them they suck, period. What is the benefit by having them "acknowledge" that? If you find their products distasteful, then don't buy them (you aren't alone... although on the flip side there are certainly satisfied users) but if you have any broken gear to be covered under warranty, I'd probably suggest that you go via whomever your vendor was to get any products warrantied. Coils don't usually get warrantied (although, I think some Brick and Mortar shops have replaced a box of "defective" smok coils before, I've heard of it a time or two.)

If all your broken and unusable product is outside the warranty period, I'd say vote with your feet and move on to some other vendors. Keep in mind (if you are a fairly new user) that there's a research and learning period with any new equipment, and you would be best served by researching what gear suits you, and how to use it.

But a run-on rant about how much Smok sucks isn't really going to get you anywhere by posting it to Smok. They aren't going to care, I very much doubt, or even possibly, be able to read it (I had a hard time reading it as a native English speaker.)

I'm not trying to be mean, I am merely trying to point out you may have more fruitful areas to pursue and etc.

Just to put a retail (not vape retail) spin on this but....

The manufacturer will not have anything to do with your complaint. If you buy it from Fred, then it's up to Fred to replace it and get a credit from Smok. Smok will tell you to contact the vendor.

Furthermore, how have you wasted hundreds of dollars of juice without twigging that the coils weren't working as intended? Secondly, once a manufacturer has "made and tooled" the machinery for the coils, they wouldn't change them unless there was a serious defect, so are you sure you were buying the right coils? I've been vaping for a little over 3 years and I'm still baffled by coil choices from Smok. I'm dreading the day I have to go and buy a new coil for my Prince.

Finally, if you do find a contact us, I would definitely not send that message. It's passive aggressive and whilst yes, you're well in your right to be upset, it's going to go down like a lead balloon i.e Smok will probably ignore you.

And then there's the fact it's just one long sentence.....
