How do I start a convo with verashu?

I need help, ordered a x cube ultra am week ago and I still haven't gotten shipping info. Hoping it's not a scam

click Information tab then couple boxes down you'll see "Interact" then hit "start conversation"

You will have to wait until the system refreshes to have access to Conversations.
If I remember right it is at 15 till the hour these days.

Cron job is set to run at 20 minutes after each hour.
