How do I sweeten?

Hello,
New to vaping... I have never smoked and was hoping the different 'flavors' would help control my sweet tooth and candy consumption. I have 510 T and a few flavors to get me started but was wondering if I can make them taste sweet.
I have searched and trolled the FAQ but there is too much to read.
Do I add VG and/or PG to get it to taste sweet? or is that just when you mix in nicotine. or is there something else I add?

I am ordering from canvape as they have a good selection of products and are from canada

The two things mentioned are the best options IMO (sucralose and ethyl maltol). If you want to try sucralose, here's a page where you can get a free bottle of it. It's really concentrated, so a little bottle should go a long way.

I much prefer Alcohol free liquid Stevia to sweeten. Only use EM if mix needs some evening out.

I ordered some more flavors including cotton candy. Not sure how to tell which ones sweeten though as the descriptions on canvape do not include ethyl maltol anywhere

I couldn't order the free sucralose as they say US only

Me, too. It's not a chemical.

That said, " Sucralose is heat stable, zero calorie, sugar substitute". However, a lot of people DO have allergies to it, like some have to PG:

since there are a lot of new vaporers who come on and say they have ........, and people say it's flavorings, or VG or PG, it actually may very well be the Sucralose!


I am one who is allergic, I get headaches from it. I can use cane juice, stevia, maple syrup and brown rice syrup though. I dunno if you can put any of those things in ejuice?

i think sucralose is safe to ingest but i have no clue what sweeteners are safe to vaporize. probably better to go with something natural such as cane juice, stevia, etc.

Cotton Candy is exactly the same as Ethyl Maltol- just a diff name. Realize also it's concentrated and has to be added to PG+VG. Just add a few drops to whatever juice you're enjoying.
