How do u get the little box at bottom of post for the days off cigs.

Am new to this forum stuff but really want one of the boxes that tells me how long smoke free and stuff. Do they do the fiquring on their own? And where do u get and how do u put them on here. Thanks

Yep...Just which ever one you see that you like the best, click on it and it will take you to the site to set it up. It keeps track of everything Auto. After you get it done, copy the Code that it gives you, come back here and go under "Settings" at the top of the Page...once you open that, Look over on the left of the page and you'll see My Signature...click on that...In that Box, Paste the Code that they gave you and then Click Save...that's it!
