how do you bring back

an atty from the dead i have a ton of dead/non working attys.. my chuck seems to kill them i wanna know how to bring back 901s and 510s...

i tried coke and boiling water method. let it soak in coke for 24 hrs and boiled it in water for 10 minutes, air dry for 24 hrs. and nothing. does that mean it completely dead

never tried the rubbing alcohol method yet. how do i do that

does it heat at all.. if it does not produce any heat after a 10 second hold of the button than it is trash.. or you can look through the forums there was a post awhile back of a person that rebuilds them and trades 2 dead for 1 working

i had alot of issues with my 901's and had no back ups so i had to learn a way LOL this is what i did and it worked good. i ran white vinegar through them then hot water blow dried and let sit for 3-4 hours. worked good! attys that werent vaping were and vaping awesome!

If your using 6v in the Chuck then it's normal to be killing attys constantly. I would not hold the button for 10 seconds though. If the atty is shorted out it could cause the batteries to get extremely hot and we know what might happen after that. I usually just put the atty near my ear and listen. If with a 1-2 second push of the button you hear absolutely nothing then it's dead and not recoverable. If there's any life at all left you should hear a slight sizzle. Get some HV attys. They last a LOT longer.
