A quick Google search on "eGo case" will give you endless choices. If you have a craft store near you, I've seen some folks with really cool (and cheap) case for artists (pencil/paintbrush cases, etc). I have one of the generic eGo cases I leave in the car and just stick what I need in my pocket.

Ran a little stitching up the center of the cigarette pocket in my pants.

Drawer in an antique pine armoire next to my home office desk holds all my supplies. When I go out to work I carry extra juice and what have you in a little nylon camera bag, which fits inside my purse.
At work (I move around constantly, no desk, I'm a painting contractor) I carry my PV in my pocket but am considering a lanyard because I keep putting it down and forgetting where I put it.

oh and for supply storage I use a spiderman pencil case I used to use for my sketching. My syringes, juices & extra cartos all fit nicely in this easy to store & inconspicuous little bag. however I think my peapod delivery guy thinks I'm a diabetic or junkie when I break it all out while he's bringing in my groceries! XD

madvapes has a lanyard for $2.99 & a batt case for about same.
love peace & chicken grease...

I'm using their lanyard until I work up the gumption to get to Tandy and make my own out of real leather.

Extra battery, a 6ml bottle and some cartomizers fit in a tall prescription bottle. I prefer something I can stick in my pocket -- living in AZ, I don't want to leave batteries in my car (can get over 130f in a parked car).

Thanks to all for your cool ideas. I like the Walmart Diabetic case I idea and also the cell phone case idea. I am trying to find something I don't have to order,so these fit the bill:)

Today, I just pulled everything out of my Metro case (kind of like a Altoids tin) and shoved my extra battery, cartos and juice in it. Put my PV in my front pocket with it. It works, but I want something that the e-power will fit into as well. Placing it in my pocket is making me worry about triggering it by accident.

I don't own a carrying case for my KGO, but I probably ought to look into it. At the moment, I am just throwing them in the most easily accessible compartment of my messenger bag. Since it doesn't have a zipper though, it can be a nuisance when I don't set my bag down carefully and my fat bats and too-many 6ml samples all roll out.

I might also point out that Dayna at Sweet-Vapes is a pleasure to do business with. The case that she has on the site appears to a loop to keep the battery snug and some stretchy pockets for keeping odds and ends like a bottle of juice and spare cartomizers.
