How do you clean the Raven Phoenix 3.5ml?

How does one clean this? I just purchased one and wanted to make sure I know how to clean it when I want to vape a new flavor.

simply take the carto out the tank, now you can easily rinse out the tank under hot water, then take the carto and run in under hot water
and then covering the bottom of the carto and filling it and then blowing the water through it, you can do this form both sides then re rinse it. now flick it dry, use a napkin to dry the inside of the tank if you need to. then either let it dry before a dry burn or place it on your mod, fire it in 3 second bursts with a little pause here n there so it doesnt get to hot, repeat this until the coil glows red, then its ready

I don't, after 3-4 weeks of stellar use I toss.
Chancing flavors I just vape the tank empty. Vape a little more (not inhaling) to dry burn the wick some till the vapor is diminished. Than fill with new flavor. I'm to lazy to wash a carto. But sometimes I do run a little plan 0 nic PG through it for a rinse on stronger flavors.
(I have vaped Cinnamon then switched to a milder vape successfully in the manner)

We left out the hour of cleansing in the fuming nitric acid bath, then sand blast 'til dry.
