My Ravens came today, and it's not like the one I previewed. It is also not loving me right now. I am going to play with it, and see what's going on.

We've been discussing it in the Raven Arrival thread... as me1969 stated, you may want to check it out... One thing BonnyC found that helps with dry hits is to blow back into the carto. I can verify that it worked on the one I've run a tank through. Danno also posted a vid towards the end of the thread you probably need to watch, it explains it with more detail
Thanks guys. I had already been notifying Danno of my troubles, and he let me know what happened. It's a shame. The beta was absolutely fantastic. I hope they get it rectified.
LD, you MAY want to do a video review of these sucky ones that we just recieved, so that any other vendors or users out there will stay FAAAAR away from them if'when Betterlife tries to sell off their remaining stock to other vendors here that don't know about this debacle that the factory caused.

rest assured if there is issues we will handle this accordingly, i wasnt around to deal with this one on one, now i am and we will get this fixed up, all our customers will be taken cared of and any issues with the phoenix raven will be handled and rectified. we stood behind the telescope and that over blown incident and we have new telescopes , so the same will be done with the phoenix, if you all are experiencing a issue then it will be handled and rectified, ill get to the bottom of the issue and have it handled promptly and fixed.
