I've cleaned some bottles with a nice iso soak. They look clean but a couple of them still have a very faint smell... I'm wondering if that will leak into my flavor. I have more bottles that shipped out today but I am just so eager to make more juice! I'm completely out of bottles except for those that have a very faint smell..
Thoughts? Should I toss them and be patient?

Hard to say.

I think a lot Depends on the Flavor they had and the Flavor that is going to go Into them.

Have you considered using Glass Bottles?

Yup I've got 6x 30ml and 6x 60ml amber glass bottles coming in the mail right now.. very excited to start switching to glass. I do also have more plastic dropper bottles coming as well.. I will still be using those for testing and mixing small batches, and probably mostly use the glass for nic storage and storing my everyday juices.
I will still need to get more, especially for storing nic in the freezer!

Yeah one day I will probably be all glass, but I don't want to just go on a glass buying blowout just yet :p
I still don't know if I want the bottles with the syringe-hole top, or dropper bottles or what.. any suggestions? I have a bunch of droppers, which I'm sure will come in handy seeing how you can't squeeze glass to drip juice!

I use Glass Bottles with Poly Caps for Everything but my Day-to-Day vaping e-liquids.

For my day to day e-Liquids, I use Glass Bottles with Dropper Tops. I can Fill my Clearos by Putting the Dropper in the Gap between the Clearo Wall and the Guts of the Clearo.

If someone Can't fill their Clearos that way, I would suggest Glass Bottles for Everything else. And then use a Luer-Lock Squeeze Bottle with a 18ga or Larger Blunt Needle.

I just pored out 7 bottles of juice I refuse to use. What's the best way to clean them so the flavor is gone. Not now but soon I will be looking into diy and plan to use them

Well heck, I woulda' taken 'em off your hands and sent you a bunch of brand new clean bottles!

It would be nice if the DIY swap was on the e-liquid page so people would know it existed and use it more. I hate it when I see people say they're tossing juice or flavors in the trash.

Where do you order your plastic bottles? I need to make some juice for a couple of friends and need to order about 25-50 bottles. Thanks for your help.

Well I just ordered some from Wizard Labs. I got some before from VapingZone I believe, and they are very nice bottles but also pretty hard to actually drip due to how strong they were. Before I got some from MadVapes and I like those. I also got the amber glass bottles from Wizard Labs.

I can't seem to find them on the Wizard Labs website, do you happen to have a link?

I actually have denture cleaner dissolving tablets as well, maybe I will give that a try :p

HaHa and I'll bet it will do a better job then baking soda. Nothing worst then that nasty denture odor in your bottles:) I think I'll need a whole box of those for my bottles:)

Yeah I use them once in a while to clean my rebuildables over night - they seem to work pretty good! Just gotta give it all a good rinse afterward!

50pcs 50ml Plastic Squeezable Eye Liquid Dropper Bottles with Childproof Cap - $14.40/free shipping

They don't have a childproof cap BTW.
They have the "tear-away" on first use ring.
The bottle neck has a one-way "ratchet" so you can screw the cap all the way down but the ring tears off on first opening.
It's very professional but not childproof. The ring that tears away is meant to be thrown away after first use.

another thing you can do with deanture cleaner tabs is If you have a neigbor that has an annoying dog feed it a few tabs then watch it run around the neighborhood foaming at the mouth. Or put a few crumbled tabs in a bird feeder. you'll have birds flying all over the neigborhood dropping foam bombs on everyones head:)

I do have a few of these little 12ml glass bottles:
9iu3iFO.jpg

But they don't have LDPE caps or anything like that... maybe I can find some use for them, though? I could at least use em for temporary mixing... not sure if I would want to risk keeping anything in them for an extended period of time, even if the liquid doesn't touch the cap... what do you guys think?

I think for now, though.. I can at least check some measurements of my flavors.. converting drops to ml, etc. Now all I need is a glass pipette for more accurate measurements!

They also don't have a flat bottom which could be annoying!

Ok I just got my order from them and I can't get the lids to tighten. I tried 5 or 6 of them both sized I got and after screwing the lid on, it pulls right off. Am I doing something wrong?

Either they sent you the wrong sized lids or you're not cranking them down enough.
You crank them down until the "ratchet" on the bottleneck is covered?
