I see no problems with it, I also grew up with a mom who chain smoked 24/7 including while she was pregnant with me and my sisters and we all turned out fine. Oddly enough none of us ever smoked. Yes I vape but I never smoked, I chewed tobacco for almost 20 years. I only started to do that as a way to cut weight for wrestling and got addicted to it. All of my siblings always though smoking was disgusting. In fact I remember a number of times I threw out packs of my mom's cigarettes as a way to tell her to quit. She finally quit about 10 years ago cold turkey. I personally would much rather have my kid pick up vaping rather than smoking.

Brave thing to do to throw out them cigs. With my real dad that would have got me an .... kicking. lol. The intent may be good but it is still stealing and they spent good money on it. lol As for chewing, all i can say is eww there. I have never wanted to try it. It always looked so disgusting. My cousin who is a smoker now, used to chew all the time when we were kids (he lived in kentucky at the time). He tried to get me to try it once telling me it was gum. I was not an idiot. lol. His younger sister as far as I know never did chew but she did end up becoming a smoker herself. But then again their mom's a smoker. Hell most of the people on my Dad's side are smokers. Including my Dad, my grandma, my grandpa (step but was like family to me, my dad's dad was at one point. I got another aunt on that side that smokes. I think it's a great aunt actually. lol. My dad and his sister (my cousins i mentioned before's mom) live with my grandma and my cousins are there all the time. I can't wait to show up there sometime with my vape. They are all going to be like ... is that. lol. I doubt I would be able to get any of them to make the conversion. My grandma is set in her ways and I think has earned the right to do what she wants. Her husband passed away a few years ago. It wasn't from his pipe smoking though. It was Alzheimer's that got him. He was like almost 80 i think. He never had any complications from his smoking unlike many people do. My dad's dad on the other hand when I was a kid was on oxygen. He also passed away when I was a kid. My dad might show some interest in it but to be honest I could care less if he switches over or not. Me and him aren't exactly close. My step dad is more like a real dad to me then my real dad ever was.
