Ok. So I have been vaping with my 510 since Dec. 28th 2011

I have already accumulated a variety of flavors, strengths and VG / PG mixes.

It's to a point were I need to come up with a marking system for my cartridges and atomizers to know which one is what flavor, ect.

I first bought some color coding labels, I was going to stick them on, what I'll call the plastic dust cover they come with. Figured the would stick right to them and I could right on them what they were. WRONG! The stickers will not stick to the covers nor the atomizers or the cartridges. Sigh.
So I was thinking then maybe getting some little model paint bottles and mark each cap and cart. with a color and have a list of what color that is. Then my girlfriend said she has a draw full of old nail polish, so I may use that since it's here.

SOOOO.... All this got me wondering what, if any others use for a system of keeping track of flavors, strengths and mix.:confused:

Great question! I'm just getting ready to try assorted flavors and strenghs and have had the same thoughts as I wait for my assorted samples order to arrive. I have an old hard-sided flat cigarette case I've thought about marking up so that I can slide the cartos in over the label that will identify them. I certainly don't want to accidently mix up my morning high-nic with my evening low-nic. :)

All ideas appreciated!!!!!

I've been using colored braces rubber bands to tell my different cartos apart. What I found works best for me is a 2 band system where I use a black or white to designate strength and a colored one for flavor. The nice thing is they still fit between the carto condoms, don't get in the way of vaping and are reusable.

Sounds very doable! Are these bands fairly easy to find in drug stores like Walgreens?

I use Plexiglass with drilled 5/16" holes. Above to the holes I write the flavor and strength with water resistant sharpie and color code it with nail polish. I then match the color code with a spot on the carto. When I need to remove I use nail polish remover or isopropyl alcohol. I also input (including DIY recipes) everything on an Excel Sheet.
Some neat tips here:

I don't use more than 2 cartos at a time, the one I am vaping, and the one with the rubber caps on it, in the fridge... I won't goto another flavor till a carto dies. When I try a new juice, I buy 10ml, and vepe it till the carto dies, or the bottle is empty. if the carto dies before 10ml, I usually won't buy that juice again. my current all day vapes, all last 30ML or more per carto....

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

With plastic bottles -- such as the various oils and chems I keep in my shop -- I find paint markers work best. I use them for writing on engines, hoses, fenders, tools, tape, skin, teeth, etc. Writes on anything and if you wait for it to dry before toucjing it you can even read what was written. Here are the ones I usually buy. (I actually get them from a local wholesaler)
