How do you keep track of, or label, the flavors of your carts?

I have so many atomizers that I just use ONE atomizer per flavor. That being said, when an atomizer is not in use, I keep it in a bag that's labeled "Thin mint" or "bubblegum" or "tobacco" etc. But I mean honestly... how hard is it to SMELL it and find out that way? Unless you have no sense of smell...

And also - You will most likely start direct dripping sooner or later - you'll find that it's MUCH easier to just do it that way, and blow a flavor out if you want to switch it up... then do a dry burn for 30 seconds.

Heres what I do, and its amazingly simple: Get you som rubber bands and and band the atty/carto to the juice bottle that you flavored said equipment. Its really about spmplicity...

Rember this philosophy: K I S S: Keep It Stupidly Simple

Duh! Such a great SIMPLE solution! I'm really feeling not so smart right now! Thanks for the smart idea! :)

:facepalm:never cutting out tiny pieces of paper and packing tape ever again!

The 99c store where I live has these little fluorescent rubber bands that are intended to be used when you have braces. I put them around the cart. You can use two or three to come up with different color combinations. Works like a charm. Great for microphone cables too! =)

Also the CVS pharmacy out here has little medication ziplock bags that work well too and have an area to write on. 50bags for $3.99.

PS- Beadazzle Them! That's Awesome Kirssstens!!

I've only been vaping for 2 weeks but realized that I needed to ID the new flavors that I was trying simultaneously. So I found that Staples (or probably any other office supply store) had Avery 1/4" color-coding labels that are round (like dots). The pack gives you 768 dots on 4 sheets in 4 colors (yellow, red, green, blue). I figured I could use the greens for menthols/mints, the yellow for the vanillas, coffees, nuts, RY4s, the blue for any fruit flavors, and the red for the cinnamon (and anything else spicy including apparently, some of the "tobacco" flavors).

The dots seem to hang on to the cart pretty good and appear juice-resistant (a piece of scotch tape might also help if needed) and are supposedly removable/replaceable. They only take up a tiny bit of real estate on the cart but have enough room for me to write 1 or 2 initials of the flavor on the dot with an ultra-fine sharpie... and so far so good!!!

Yes it does, I was trying to not come off as insultful

VM, the polite version for KISS "back in the day" (old people like me tend to use this phrase a lot) was "keep it simple Sam." But I like your version better.

I see a lot of people recommending the nose technique. Works great for a small selection, or very distinct flavors, e.g., peach vs. chocolate.

I keep my carts and attys together, and I have hard time distinguishing the smell of my tobacco flavors (they taste different tho). If you have a large inventory, smelling every cart would be a drag, especially if you're running late and want to "grab 'n go." That's where those tiny ziplock snack bags are great.

self laminating cable lables are great. You'll have to find someone who installs cabling and beg for some though, because they can be pretty expensive. I bought a bunch on ebay a while ago and cut them down to about 3/8" strips and label them with a sharpie. Once they're on the carto they stand up to liquid and even boiling.

Yea what cyberwolf said.

I have a bunch of the Panduit self laminators from various projects. Fit in printer. Also, I this is my preferred once I finally decide on a flavor, like 'cola 28', I use 0.5" heatshrink labels that I print on laser printer. Print 2 lines on each and cut them in half.

For all of them, even with the V4L pre-marked, I have them in plastic jars that hold 6 cartos, with a screw lid, and 9 jars fit in another plastc container that came with the jars ( from a hobby/crafts shop for buttons or some such). Each jar has a label on the lid. and the boxes stack nice in my fridge. Wife prefers this so she can easily look and say, ahh Carmel-Cappucino 30.

Yea def OCD.

Hopefully one day I can siimply use a few colored rubber bands. :D
