How do you keep track of what flavor is in which cart?

Yep - I got it at Walmart. They're hanging up in the electronics department. Dirt cheap too.

I use a label maker. When I got a refurbished P-touch on brother.com for $5 I was afraid I wouldn't use it much. Now I am using it every day.

I label the carts, the bottles, etc. I am a labeling fool now.

If I get unmarked bottles I put a label with where it came from, VG or PG, etc.

If I made it, I reference the notes in my project book for that flavor.

I'm trying so many different flavors and changing parts around constantly and it does get very confusing. The carts are kept in small labeled 2x2 plastic bags. For the atty's I use a very small removable label (found at Staples) and write the flavor on it with a pen style Sharpie.

I keep my carts in snack bags from walmart, you can get 100 for under $2.00 at walmart.

I cannot seem to get the cart lids to stay on, and not wanting my precious liquid to evaporate, I started bagging them.

On labeling, its really what you want to put into it and what system works for you. Lots of good ideas here! I am cheap so masking tape and a sharpie works for me.
