@sugar and spice

I see, do you recommend that over the standard ego then?

I noticed it used cartomizers rather than a cart + atomizer. Is this a pro or con? I noticed they are significantly cheaper than atomizers, do they last as long?

honestly battery life isn't "that" important to me. with 2x 650's I should be fine the entire day. I care more about reliability, vape quality, no leaks, etc.

thanks!

About the cartomizer vs cart + atomizer question that it really depends on your vaping style. I prefer cartomizers, there a little less finicky. Just my 2 cents.

Ah that's an excellent deal then...100ml for $6.

Would it taste bad? or just be very plain?

E Liquid - E Liquid 30ML - VG - Tobaccos

People comment here that this VG unflavored juice tastes good. Is it basically the same as the VG base only with nicotine added?

For $6 I may give it a try...worst case scenario I have nothing but a nice base. I'm going to buy some flavored juice as well, but it's considerably more expensive =p

thanks!

30ml of my favorite vape-all-day juice lasts me 10 days. that's $45 per month @ $15 a bottle. i get mine from FSUSA. i think you mentioned somewhere that you're a "social smoker". if you're only vaping on nights out now and then, one 30ml bottle could last you an entire month. i was a 2+ pack a day smoker before switching to vaping. Marlboro's here are $5 a pack. $15 per 30ml is plenty cheap enough for me.

As for how many cigs in 5ml...I dunno. 20 drops is supposed to be around 1 ml, depending on your drop sizes of course. For me, I use 3 drops of juice ( I drip ) and that gives me a vaping session about the length of a cigarette.

The prices look pretty good at freedomsmokeusa. They are quality juices? Don't need to worry about dying using their stuff?

Also, are there places that send out free samples?

thanks!

I have bought my e-juice from several suppliers, and have found that I like the e-juice from FreedomSmokeUSA the best. They don't use additives (other than the flavor) and don't water down their juices. I would recommend buying the samples first so you don't waste your money on a 30 ml bottle of juice you don't like. Not only that, but they get their products out fast. Just my two cents worth :)

I have tried Madvapes, pinkspot vapor, johnson's creek (I do not like any of the flavors from here, it is the only supplier I would not personally recommend YMMV but IMO the flavors are not very good), and Puresmoker.
They all have good juice, I prefer puresmoker's because they have great juice and I get all my harware there. They aren't the cheapest juice, but they are clean and use nic imported from Belgium instead of China and all the other ingredients are USP grade American. I like supporting American companies, and I love the Mellonica flavor from PS
All the other suppliers (except JC) in my opinion are good too they have great flavor and TH and vapor so go for what you want! I agree try the smaller bottles and then find a flavor you like and order it in a larger bottle.

I really like FSUSA, they seem to have a very nice selection and good prices, especially if you buy the larger containers.

Besides them, is there any other store out there that offers good oil and an even cheaper price?

Also, when I refill cartos do I just drip the oil in it until it's full? or do i need the lipton tea bags?

thanks!

I try to go with USA sourced materials.... nicotine, PG, VG, etc. Also, see the vendor list at the bottom of the home page. I suggest USA suppliers if you are in the USA, since the USA quality control standards are better. Check the supplier's site to see what they say about ingredients and sources.

Others disagree, but that's IMHO.

If you want cheap stuff that works goto Madvapes or radioshack and make your own I just buy batts from dx liberty flights Has the Riva for 30 bucks ( same thing as an ego)
Heathcabin.net or eastmall has the cheap attys and carto's
My pv shop has an cheap ego for 30 and a 510 with unsealed batts for 20 (YOU MUST SEAL BATTS BEFORE USE)tooth pick or some soilder
madvapes has some cheap juice and the cheapest china juice

rockstarvapor has a deal 5 15ml bottles for 15bucks

if i was a noob without a solider gun ( which you can get some nice ones form radio shack)

I world get a riva from Liberty flights for 30 and a pack of boge 2.0 carto's for 8 bucks
Than i would order 5 15 ml bottles from rockstarvapor for 20
about 65 bucks for 2 months of vaping and get you started

But if you realy got the money get a VV and a map tank and 5 for 15ml
That will run you $175

As far as I know the Nic base (in PG or VG) can only be gotten from overseas. I do not know of any Nic made in the USA it is all from either China or Belgium. Given the two options, I choose Belgium, but that is my preference.

Sorry kitty, but I beg to differ.....loads of places here produce pg/vg
Box Elder Chemical Supply - About Us

isn't box elder a us based company? just checked they are in Utah.....
If I'm not mistaken she is only referring to the nicotine needing to be aquired from overseas. I had to read it twice to get that. Whether that's accurate I have no idea. I am honestly more worried about thefalvoring related part that the nic/pg/vg.

I agree :)

Just pop off the white "cap" with a paper clip (careful not to pull out the filler) and drip until full. Blow out any excess and wipe the threads with a tissue. There's really no need to modify cartos with tea bags or straws, etc. They're fine as is.

Cartomizers don't last quite as long as atomizers (in my experience), but they're easy and as you noted, cheaper. And much less "fiddly" since they hold more than cartridges. Also, you can get duds of both, a dud carto is a lot cheaper to just throw out than an atomizer.

To be fair, dealextreme is not a "bad" site...for super cheap HDMI cables and other random gadgets and stuff. For ecig juice? Probably not a great idea. Health Cabin seems to be a good site for direct-from-China prices while still being quality. Anyone care to comment on that? Though Im still mainly talking hardware.

Yes I was referring only to the Nicotine in a PG/VG base. There are plenty of PG and VG manufacturers in the USA, but the nic for ejuice is not made here at all. Not to my knowledge.

Healthcabin is pretty good on having genuine joye parts....I have ordered from them several times(hardware only). usually get my stuff inside of 15 days.
I never had a problem with this company.
