of the brands I have tried so far, I like Green Smoke the best. Yet I rarely see any discussion on the Green Smoke ecigs. Is there a reason for that? How would you rate them?

The reason is mostly that they are waaay overpriced. And, you can get basically the same kind of model that is cheaper, performs as well or better, and is much easier to refill - the Kr808D-1.
Some people like them. It's not that they're bad. It's just there are cheaper and more versatile models that have all the same benefits, and fewer of the negatives.

I too went for the Green Smoke. Being new to this I just went for what I saw the most of and they have an affiliate marketing program that gets them a lot of exposure on the net. Actually I am using the GS right now and can't complain except the quality of their product is lacking (short life batteries, broken usb PT, can't get a hold of them, etc) You need to look around for cheaper and better made supplies. The numbers you are looking for to be compatible with the GS is E9 or Kr808D-2. I think there is another nomenclature also but it doesn't come to mind right now. As you're in Israel you might try e-cig.com . e-cig is based in China so if you use them order well in advance but I've had good luck with them so far. I refill the cartos so I can get the flavors I want. If the GS is working for you these are some ways to minimize cost of the system. Hope this helped.
