Hi, Trying to think through how to set up for work next week. It is a 2 analog cig drive between home & work, sometimes 3 (about an hour there, about an hour back and, at times, traffic delays of course). Then work day is about 3 analog breaks. What do you guys have available within easy reach while your driving? And how do you make sure you don't run out of anything til you get home? I have a 510 kit. Thanks!

Well i drip on the atomizer directly since carts are just a pain in the .... for me. I bring my charged PCC with spare atty and batt. Also a bottle of Halo juice with me. Before i pull out of my parking lot i put about 3 drops on the atty and off to work i go. Usually it lasts my 45 min drive and then some. That will last me all day with that set up. I have gotten pretty good at dropping a few more drops while driving in the right hand lane or the interstate now as well.

I have a cup holder in my center console, I put my e-cigs in there, they are easy to reach while I am driving. When I go out, I carry two Joye 510s and a KR808D-1. Also, I have a 3 oz bottle of e-juice, an extra 510 battery and an extra cartomizer. I also have a car charger in my console. If I'm going to be out all day, I carry a couple of extra 510 batteries and an extra KR808D-1 battery. I keep the extras in a pipe tobacco case.

Thanks for the responses. I have not tried dripping yet but might give it a go just to see what happens tomorrow. About the KR808D-1 battery - is this a bigger battery than what you get with a 510 Kit, assuming it must work on 510 carts, attys, power sources? or is it totally different hardware from the 510? Have seen references to it and I thought that maybe that's what my 1st kit was but none of that is compatible with my 510 stuff - just haven't been able to figure it all out quite yet.

I thought I fully charged a 510 battery for 8 hours, then used it about 20 mins then put it back on the charger for an hour (this is what the instructions in the kit said to do) but it only lasted about 6 hours today. Maybe that's about it for those? When I changed to a fresh battery I could really tell a difference. Ego battery sounds like the way to go. Can you use a passthrough USB charger on the cig lighter in the car?

I have about a 35 minute drive each way to and from work and pretty much chain smoked 4 or 5 cigarettes each direction. Now a single filled 510 cart and fully charged regular 180mAh 510 battery will easily last me all the way in one direction, with a little of each left over by the time I arrive. A cartomizer lasts even longer than the cartridge by maybe 25%? Four cartridges, or 3 cartomizers would easily get me through a full day. I haven't gotten to the point where I plan and prepare ahead of time yet(if I ever will). I'm still new to this and switch between flavors regularly whenever I get the urge during the day. I just [re]fill the carts or cartos at my desk, or pull over into a parking lot or something if I happen to be driving.

I bought the basic two e-cig no box kit from Cignot with the regular 510 batteries for only ~$35 and then added two more atomizers and mega/xl batteries from Value Vapor for another ~$30 total. I also bought a few cartomizers from LiteCigUSA at ~5/$7 just to try them(I like them a lot). I have no regrets whatsoever on any of my purchases. Service and quality from all 3 vendors was outstanding.

With the 4 batteries and my particular smoking patterns, battery life is a complete non-issue for me. I had read so much about battery life being such a huge problem for so many folks that I thought long and hard about going with the eGo instead of the 510. I ultimately decided to go with lower cost and greater redundancy since I was just starting out, and I'm really glad I did. I really like the size and feel of the 510. I did also buy the car adapter that allows me to use the battery charger in my car, but after purchasing the second set of batteries I find it's superfluous for normal everyday purposes. The only case I see myself using it in the future is if I go on a long distance drive by myself and I'm vaping all the way.
