It didn't occur to me until now, that I've been getting vape mail at least once a week for the past few months. Whether it's juices, tips, tanks or mods, it's all been coming my way. I love the excitement of it all, the "hype" you can say. It's playing a big part in why i've strayed away from the idea of cigs, but there's got to be a line lol...

I would just like to know everybody else's experiences. If vape mail on a weekly basis is overdoing it.

I don't think you're overdoing it. In my experience, the money I'd have spent on cigarettes would have gone in the trash and I'd be left with nothing to show for it but health problems, smelly clothes, and bad teeth . It's a bit of an investment at first, but buying vaping supplies and accessories should end up being less expensive in the long run. Like any hobby/habit, self-restraint is key :D

i did at first then it became "ohh look at that" oh wait it really is just another clearo. dont need it.
then you start looking at boxes of stuff you never use and think i really dont need anymore junk if i dont intend on using it.
you have to try and remember why you started this and break the "hobby" mentality.

you have to start applying some reason and it will stop or you just get into the whole collector mentality and get a nice little case from home depot to fill up with 60 different things you never use cause its cool. do you really need 16 versions of a vivi nova?

this industry is exploding and there will be something new everyday, but unless somehow it really is better. a clearo is a clearo.
a twist is a spinner is a winder and you just have to let it go by unless you want something new or need something.

personally i have dumped about 90% of the stuff i dont use and just have a couple mods and rba's now. its fun to look but after a while what do you need another battery holder for.

That is a GREAT question! I thought that everything was under control until I dumped $700+ over a two day period. First I saw the Mister and had to have it since I am on a silica kick and less than 24 hrs later a B&M had a Nemesis VW / Kayfun 3.1 available which I obviously couldn't pass up.

Going into next week I am not taking my CC with me to work. If it can't be bought on my debit card it just won't happen.

Well initially, when I first started out vaping it was like it is now. Browse, buy, browse, buy. Then my interests for it slowly dulled down, but I think school played a big part in that. But somehow within these past few months, something has rekindled the urge.

I guess I just have that habit of not being able to NOT frantically browse through the "other sections", when reupping on cartos or juice.

Dang homez...well at least in my case, when it comes to buying mods. I feel it satisfies my appetite, for a while. But then again, that doesn't include buying the accessories that I feel, that are necessary to go along with it haha.

I built a device out of a baseball bat and a leaf spring from a '65 Chevy. Once set I put my credit card on the latch and when I grab it to checkout the bat is sprung smacking me in head and knocking me out. It's not pretty, but effective 3:)

woo...first post :) but when I get into something new...I tend to go crazy with online shopping. I don't think it can be helped with there being so much out there I haven't tried yet! I'm currently waiting for vapemail from three vendors and then hopefully it will stop there, for at least a little while.

Welcome thekeatonscurse! I hope you have more will power than the rest of us.

I have a rule, when I want to buy something, to wait till the following day unless urgent. If i still feel the urge after a nights sleep, then maybe i still get it, but usually i have forgotten by then. I have to do that as a I am a sucker for clicking on the "this is your last chance to get this amazing special offer" emails !
