My personal opinion is that the FDA and Washington is absolutely owned, bought and paid for by big tobacco and the big pharma thus this year there will be huge sweeping and crippling regulations from the feds to basically ban any and all "Ecigs", vaporizers, and juice. Enjoy it while it lasts people, I hate to have such a grim out look on it but the feds are so out of control there is no stopping them.

Interesting thought. If it is true, then I should applaud to BT for self-imposed sin tax and big settlement money. I should applaud BP for installing so strict rules on new drags that it takes years and millions (if not billions) to get them approved. It should be a wonderful country with such wonderful companies.

Government is bad by itself, but could be driven to be even worse.

At the federal level, elected officials provide oversight via committee appointments but it is career bureaucrats who formulate, institute, and enforce policy. They are by and large unreachable through the ballot box. Even when there is turn-over in the upper reaches of a federal agency things tend to chug along much as they always have because staffing has been in place for decades and it trains and habituates each successive generation of employee.

So what? I do not see your point.
Do you know how many parents kill their children unintentionally, by mistake? Will you argue for separation of children from parents at birth?

We are talking about taxes, sin taxes and it won't take years to implement them. We need to feed our greedy congress and BT will supply us as a main course.

Ok who is talking about separating kids from their folks? I am talking about an over burdensome out of control federal government taxing, regulating and banning everything out of existence under the false pretense "it for our own good" or "for the greater good"... Everyone who is a lover of freedom should valiantly oppose these bans and regulations or everything we enjoy doing like vaping will be taken from us.
