How does 3 day shipping turn into a week?

Just an observation...

Order placed last Monday morning, shipping label created that afternoon. On Thursday, 3 days later, the package arrives at the post office for shipping, and today, Monday, it's finally out for delivery.

I've been using V4L for years, from the days where the occasional freebie in your order wasn't unusual. Back then, service was great and you felt V4L wanted and cared about your business, but over the past year or so it seems V4L's turned the corner and service has fallen off...what happened? The above is only the latest example...one that seems to happen more and more. I used to recommend V4L to friends who were on the fence...these days I still do, but they've fallen into the "they're ok, BUT" category. Do you still want my money? Are you taking my business for granted? Have you stopped caring?

Just wondering.

Sorry can't answer that, I have not order anything in the last 10 months from there same thing happen to me, got no answer tracking # was not right, but i do think someone will be on later to answer ur question, I don't know what has happen on here I have been ordering from them for over 4 years and just don't know what has happen. Can't get no one to come give us answer on it, but did get a email they have come out with something new but to me just in a case but same on batterys (not worth nothing don't last like they say). so hope you will get a answer soon sorry your going throw this.
 
Didn't really expect an answer as these sorts of things usually result in a bad excuse followed by a sand pounding moment. It was as it said, an observation...with rhetorical questions. ;)

It's just a shame that a once-good vape company has fallen.

I do still get their daily emails...today's was for something called the "V" kit.
