So, please correct me if I'm wrong. The Cyclone from MOV is $65 (without coupon code) and comes with a stock 1mm air hole. Then, if you want AFC, you need to spend another $50+ on the top cap making it over $100 rba? Wow.........wife is going to string me up, first a Reo purchase soon and then expensive BF rba's. This is going to hurt, LOL.

If you only use single coils, you are just as well off using an RM2, unless you particularly like the look of the Cyclone, or have a dislike for brass, IMO. I have both, I just had to see if the grass was greener, but it wasn't (for me). It was about the same shade of green

My only experience is currently rebuilding PT2's for a vv/vw mod. This will (eventually) be my 1st mech and just now learning about various RBA's. Never tried dual coil, but not afraid of it. As for differences in brass, SS, other materials........just dunno. Does this affect flavor or just simply build quality, efficiency, ease of build, etc?
Basically.........a kid in a candy store without any knowledge of what anything tastes like. Excited...scared...intrigued, this is how I feel - LOL!.

The greatest feature to have on any RBA is airflow control or the proper sized hole for the type coil you are building Imo.. What its made of has little importance. I have had good builds on 8 dollar attys and rotten builds on the same device. That goes for 200.00 devices or clones for little cost.. Your builds and airflow are the greatest assets you will find to using RBAS with success.. Learn to build efficient coils and make sure your airholes line up with the coil or coils and adjust the height of the coil to as close to the air hole as you can. RM2 is a great atty.. Maybe Not the best, but one of the best in performance I have ever used.. I think they are the greatest!

Totally agree. The only improvement would be an afc ring. That would make it perfect IMO.

I think the cyclone is probably better if you want to get those lower resistance clouds you get with dual coils. I am into flavor the most, so I got a divo, and it has been exactly what I wanted. Tighter draw like I like, and thick warm vapor. I still really,like my RM2's though, so if you have one and are strapped for cash, you're really better off with just using it, as it's not a huge difference in vape quality. I was gonna pass on the cyclone, since I'm not a big dual coil fan, but when I saw it was available, and on sale no less, I just had to pull the trigger on it.

I probably should have just waited and bought an RM2 (lol still waiting for the sub ohm kit retrofit to buy my reo), but for less than 60 with a coupon code, there being so few for sale in the states, and the possibility of adding afc or drilling for dual coils (not to mention paranoia about leaking, which I hate), I just pulled the trigger. It was literally keeping me awake last night (still new to vaping and trying to find a setup that satisfies), so when I woke up to 5 left in stock I just said screw it. I can always buy an RM2 later, a cyclone... idk. I just wish the AFC wasn't so dang expensive. My wallet will really hurt from buying a Reo, but I am determined to get completely off the analogs.

I really like my divo. I will buy a handful if they come around again. I can not find a bottom fed Divo anywhere.
i have a hazy memory that supe posted he asked on the Vicious Ant FB page and indicated VA was non-commital about future BFs.
What a bummer! Well, if they don't make any more of em, you know they are cranking out new stuff all the time. There are more folks with Reos and other BF mods every day, so surely there are some manufacturers out there who want some of that action!
