Since I'm no techie. Thought I'll contribute by writing how vaping have affected me. This are personal observations and please do not treat it as medical studies.

-Since quitting cigs, bp have gone down to 130/90 range. I'm off bp and hypertension cocktail of medication.
-Swelling of feet have gone away which i suspect was due to the 5-6 pills i had to pop a day to control bp.
-Staining of teeth have gone down DRASTICALLY! :)
-When I was smoking, there was always this trigger that had a draconian grip on me. If i had a bad meeting, I had to have a cig. E-cig doesn't have that grip. I vape to keep the nicotine craving away. This IMO is the 3000+ other checmicals that cigs have.

-Lastly, second-hand smoke danger media campaign does not give me a guilt trip Anymore. Because vaping does not give out SMOKE and my close ones are safer.

Now suck on this and i dare any higher moral guidance dawn on me that I am doing something wrong. :2cool:

feel free to share how e-cigs have helped you.;)

I also have a plethera of medical issues, we share a few as well. I have had dramatic improvements in health, don't know about the meds until I go for a check up, but my breathing is completely different, I no longer wheeze, I no longer COUGH! I am not winded just by walking a distance and I am on crutches so that is really saying something. I can now smell things I now know I could not smell before; I too only pick this up when I need it instead of reaching for a smoke for any and all reasons, I was a 2plus a pack a day smoker and chain smoked when not working any and all reasons to smoke were good enough for me. My gums have healed, my breath is no longer foul, my hair does not stink and my clothes are no longer filled with holes. I could go on and on about the changes in me, and rave about how this has saved me from my copd and impending emphazema, I know I spelled that wrong. Finding out that smoking was keeping my bones from healing was devestating to me, more so than my heart attack, but if I can avoid another one by doing this than I have really done something. Most of all, my daughter is proud of me, really proud of me, we never thought I could do this, but I did and its wonderful.

Really hope that some academics would pick this up and do a study on ecigs.

Most if not all of us here have experience some form of health improvement since vaping.

Personally being a mild smoker(2 day a pack of 20s) I have noticed my teeth getting shinier, my face not as oily, breathes getting deeper, body weight going down despite eating more(maybe kum chek hahaha), wife no longer complains of smell, more productive at work due no more smoke breaks, food getting tastier with less salt and most importantly, 2nd hand analogues gives me a migraine now. Hahahahah long live vaping! All hail Hon Lik!

eCigs have affected me in many many ways. The biggest is it has greatly improved my health or at least the side effect of quitting. Secondly, it changed me in a deeper way. Before I felt I had no control of my health, I couldn't stop something that I knew was killing me so I gave up on myself. Now I have the ultimate controll of what I'm putting in or not putting in my body and have become very health oriented. Regular exercise and healthier diet.

Also, ECF is a place i should avoid more often...... the more i'm in ecf, the more i spend =.=

It's called MLC (My Last Cigarette)
You can get it off installous if you're JB or App store if you don't mind paying. I'm a pirate, so got it off installous. Haha... Need more money for my UFS once GGTS touches down. :D

You gonna need even more $$$ when Odysseus is released.
