I've not smoked for 320 days, and have not inhaled 13,473 analogs. I have had moments of weakness, but I didn't want to go back to being a slave to tobacco. I have left the burn marks in my carpet on my side of the bed. I was dangerous, and want to keep those there to remind me. It's close to being a year....I never thought I could do this. Miracles do happen everyday! :)

Well, I did like I said I was going to do, above, and.... yep, tasted like trash, film in the mouth-- not too much stink, though, 'cause I didn't have but a few quick, deep puffs; but I noticed something amazing:

The smoke wasn't as satisfying as the vapor from my eGo-t, even with my beta version (read: sucky) diy juices. Everything's all backwards now: instead of wondering if the pv will live up to the standards and requirements of smoking, I found here that the smoking didn't live up to what I've come to expect from a good vape! :p

Think I'm on the other side of the hill now; just gotta remember that the anny is a poor and technologically obsolete (and deadly ) approximation of a pv. And to visit this site when I got the urge-- usually helps. One more thing though, that smoke last night was a conscious decision, which is also amazing after 20 years-- in the last years it was often the case that I couldn't even remember the action of lighting the anny, and choosing to smoke... so that's cool, too.:thumb:

I love our republic more than most, and I gotta say: God bless the Chinese for inventing these; pv's should be readily available to any smoker-- may they proliferate freely

Bought my first kit (eGo) in the Philippines when I was there for work. Vaped a little and smoked a lot while I was there. Came back home and basically from a couple of days after I got home, started vaping and didn't look back. Progressed to a VV mod and now still have 6 unopened packs of smokes just sitting on the shelf. Somehow I don't think I am going to need them...

I was very protective of my 'smoking' habit. Don't you even approach me on it or I'll cut your name tag in pieces. Usually, we dvr everything and so we can skip through the commercials. Well, I was watching something live and saw a commercial on a free e-cig. I looked at the fake smoke and thought...."Wow! Could this help me?" So since my husband is more computer savvy than I, I asked him to research it. A couple of weeks later, expecting to get a package just any day, I asked him about it. He told me he didn't think I was serious. (see sentence 1 & 2) So I asked him again. A couple of weeks later, expecting to get a package in the mail, I asked him if he'd researched e-cig. Again, he said he didn't think I was serious. I told him to forget it and I would do the research. His mouth fell open. That's when he knew I really was serious and he was quite shocked.

When I got my kit and ordered 'Salem' flavor, I thought I'd gag. But, we had ordered other juices from Cignot as well. I found out that analog flavored juice is NOTHING like a analog. It wasn't love at first e-toke, but I wanted to give it a chance. I used their regular menthol and that was more likable than the Salem tasting juice. I still use it along with another company's menthol. I sort of semi-mix them and I like it. I got my kit on Thurs. evening, and by Sat. evening, I'd smoke my last analog, by the Grace of God.

I waited until a little over 2 weeks before I told anyone. My son was shocked! He's been on my case since he was small. My sister was shocked. She used Welbutrin. Her husband used Chantix. I didn't want either one of those as I am disabled and take many meds. I didn't want another one. The e-cig gave me the illusion of smoking. I was emotionally attached to them. Now I can say to anyone, 'I quit smoking!' My doctor and dentist were also shocked. The list goes on and on. It's wonderful to fill out a form and check the box "I Don't Smoke!" :p

I've smoked on and off for 20+ years. I've tried wellbutrin, patches, gum and cold turkey without much success. I ordered the kr808d-1 starter kit which came on Friday but I had just bought a pack of cigarettes so I had to finish those off. Started vaping Sunday and haven't had an analog since. No cravings and no regrets!

I quit just a few days after first smoking my crappy disposable ecig, the fact that I could smoke it anywhere, and just get rid of the nagging "need to smoke" feeling. I actually tried to smoke an analogue today after 3 days of just vaping, it was horrible and disgusting (just like the first time you smoked a cigarette :) lol!) after just a puff I handed it off to a friend. I couldn't believe it.

Even with health problems from smoking it is hard to quit. Severe COPD and could not stop smoking. I had 4 cigs left in the pack when I finally understood the 510 instructions enough to make it work. Wasn't going to waste any money, so finished those 4 on the 6th of March this year and haven't looked back. Do not miss analogs at all.
