When mixing, how important is it to hit 20%? For example, I'm thinking about mixing a couple of TFA flavors (Blueberry extra, waffle) and the recommendations I found are
Blueberry 10-13%
Waffle 20%
If I follow the recommendations for percentages, I'm up over 30. Other flavors have much lower recommendations and would put me well under 20%.

. The thing is different companies flavors and evem flavors within the same company can be more or less concentrated. Add that to the fact that everyones tastes are different. What I can say is my highest flavoring percentage is around 20-21% for my taste. Hope that helps a little.
