Hello Everyone!

I have lurked here for almost a year but never registered.I figured there were enough noobs on here already without me adding any more dead weight but now that I have gone through the rigors of moving up from a plain 510 to a usb pass through to an Joye Ego and finally to a Reo Mini over the last year I finally have enough experience to make an intelligent post here and there and not ask questions that should have been figured out by using the search feature.

I think a Hog's mod and/or maybe a Wood Reo are in my immediate future because I am starting to feel the need for having dedicated mods for various locations and activities.

Morning and welcome to ecf......Glad you registered.....ecf is not only a good place for info, but you can make loads of friends here too....
Have you been following the Reo thread? I am sure members on that thread would like to meet you....

And I doubt that anyone here would have considered you 'dead weight'. Don't be a stanger....everyone is welcome to join the ecf family...

:)

Forums are scary, there are alot of rules and alot of people that take these rules very seriously, so i stayed away from them for a long time, as i do not take criticism by people i do not know, less that i can see, very well, then i started on a forum about jailbreaking iphones which was something that i was interested in, i took some bumps and bruises from senior members but quickly became a moderator.......Anyways, welcome the the ECF forum where i am still a noob and say stupid things so there is nothing for you to worry about :) There are alot of cool people on here that will help you with whatever questions you have......enough of my rambling, gonna take a hit of Peach Melba off my LavaKnightTube ;)

I joined without knowing what a forum was. Figured I was just registering to get some information on the site and posted a few questions. As I'm not a big fan of social media, it's been quite a learning experience for me.

It appears as though, for the most part, the ECF is a knucklehead free zone and I love the support here. So glad you decided to join! Welcome.

I followed the Reo thread for some time but never managed to get on their website when they had any colors that I wanted in stock. I finally hit paydirt and got a very macho-man looking all black Reo Mini within 7 minute of it being in stock again. I supposed I will post of there when I reach the obligatory minimum amount of newguy posts over here. I kind had my back to the wall when I was looking at Hog's Mods as there was no way to contact Hogwart without being a forum member, lol

I am glad you got the one you were after.....While you are in no way obligated to post there, Reo's have a fairly large following and some great members. Just thought since you have one, you might feel more comfortable that's all.....
ecf is huge....loads of info. you can always use the search to find where to post questions or to find answers....
Good luck to you and happy vaping...

I lurked for about 3mths before joining, I had been vaping for sometime using the std kr808 and didnt know alot about all the mods and battery sizes and what was the best for this or that so I decided to do alot of lurking to research some info so I could at least sound like I knew what I was talking about lol and while still have alot to learn this forum has helped me learn more and I still learn everyday from this forum and all the great knowledge here. AWESOME group of folks here that really don't mind sharing their knowledge!!!

I lurked long enough to get real curious, and signed up the same day. Glad I did, I have had a lot of questions, and they were answered quickly and efficiently, but then, look what it did to me. I now lurk here all the time and will prob hit 1000 posts before Christmas :D
I like to help people

ginaz, after 5 posts wait an hour, then you can post in other areas.

I found the forum looked through a couple posts and then signed up. I got a good feeling from the posts that I saw that people here were helpful, respectful, have great sense of humor and it's around the clock. Now I'm here every chance I get. I love it only forum I've ever joined and I'm glad I did.

I was here and there for maybe 2 weeks before registering. Glad I did. great folks here.

As for being dead weight.... Nope, even what might seem like a dumb question can get a person thinking about something. I can no longer post in the new members forum but love reading it and responding. A lot of good questions asked. Also, especially in the beginning you don't knwo where to start, get confused by all the lingo, yadda yadda yadda.

While lurking I also discovered that vaping style differs from person to person (a bit like eating pizza, fold hold, knife and fork, straight hold). Good to get a few different opinions and eventually learn to figure out who's vaping style is close to your's.

Also something to be said for reaching the point when you can stop asking questions and start to through in your two cents. That happens faster than I thought it would.
