"Quitter's flu" is definitely a thing, but that name is new to me. More generally called cessation symptoms. Not everybody gets it so bad, but it's your body in the process of cleaning itself out from the toxins in analogs. All of the symptoms you listed are related, if you quit smoking without vaping you probably would have gotten the same thing.

I do have a theory that PG can affect the symptoms though. It's bacteria killing and hygroscopic properties seem to jump-start the detoxing process

In my case, it's a definite PG sensitivity. I've tested it several times, since. Anytime I use juice with PG in it, I start to get the same symptoms. It's unfortunate for me. Fortunately, I have finally found some great VG only juices, besides my original vendor. It was difficult to find any who had strong enough flavor.

Tripple digits half way to home
Every one is different. I can't do a lot of VG. I have and still have severe COPD to the point of having to go the the ER and be treated. I still burn a stick stuck in my mouth sometimes. You might need to make a DR appointment to see if anything else is wrong. Sorry just my two cents worth. My lung doc said that I'm doing the best I ever have in the two years I've been seeing him. If you feel bad enough to be concerned then see your doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I've been feeling fine for about a day now. Still a little bit congested in the sinuses, but I've had sinus problems my whole life, plus this is NY and it's November. So that's pretty much par for the course, lol.

My headache is finally gone, and I'm not feeling achy anymore. No hot/cold flashes.

Fingers crossed that I'm over it for good.
